Annual fees are calculated on the risk the premises poses on the community.  BARS Training staff will attend your premises and conduct an audit to establish legislative compliance, training needs and ensure responsible practices are being maintained. 

Liquor License Applications
BARS Training Australia specialise in the acquisition of the simplest to the most difficult and contentious licenses and permits. Applications must be in the approved form, always considering the possibility of police, council and community objections.

Liquor License Transfers
Applications for transfer must be on the approved form and in the approved manner.  This can require the signature of both incoming and outgoing licensees, consent of the freehold property owner, proof of mandatory training and a new RAMP document.

House Policy (RAMP) Documents
Risk Assessed Management Plan (RAMP) has been introduced as a harm minimisation initiative, for all licence types and restricted liquor permits. This document is required for all new license / permit applications to the Queensland OLGR.

Fire Evacuation Plans
BARS Training Australia will design fire and evacuation plans and/or procedures for your premises that complies with all relevant legislative requirements outlined in The Fire and Rescue Service Act 1990 and the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995.
