On the 1st January 2009, it became mandatory for all staff involved in the service or supply of liquor, including approved managers, bartenders, glass collectors, floor hostesses and room service staff to have a current RSA training course certificate issued by an approved OLGR training organisation.

 

As an Approved Training Provider with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation, BARS Training Australia (National Provider Number 32061) now offers this State Government Course utilising only the most qualified of facilitators.  (view course calendar)

 

Schedule of Training

 

The scheduled fee will be paid in full on enrolment and prior to the commencement of the training program.  All fees paid will be issued with an acknowledgement receipt/tax invoice as proof of receipt of monies paid.  The cost of this 4 hour session includes the cost of all handouts and accreditation approved by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation in Queensland.

Individual (Gold Coast)

$70 per participant (all inclusive)

Note: The fee is to be paid prior to course completion with the maximum of 25 participants per course.

 

Individual (Cairns)

$70 per participant (all inclusive)

Note: The fee is to be paid prior to course completion with the maximum of 25 participants per course.

 

Group Bookings (State-wide)*

$600 facilitation fee + $20 per participant for cost of all handouts and accreditation approved by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation. (for 20 participants the total cost would be $600 + (20 x $20) = $1000 or $50 per participant). All training will be conducted on premises nominated and supplied by the client or as arranged by BARS Training Australia.

On-line RSA

$70 per participant (all inclusive)

An interactive learning format that is available 24/7 from any computer with internet access. This course is also available in Japanese with pre-paid gift cards available. (click here)

Enrolments

Enrolment occurs through online registration and/or personal enrolment on the day of training with the payment of course fees.  Your details are captured and stored securely, with the results of your training being linked to this enrolment information.

 

Refunds

 

All requests for refunds are to be made in writing on a Refund Request this form that needs to be accompanied by supporting documentation where applicable. This form can be obtained by contacting the BARS Training Australia on 0414 527 800 or (07) 55 290834 during office hours.

 

NOTE

 

Participants are responsible for reading all relevant materials provided on the website including the BARS Training Australia Student Handbook and the information about courses prior to enrolment. Once participants have entered their details it will be accepted by all parties that they have read the Student Handbook and agree with all the Terms and Conditions prior to commencing their training.
