Staff Training Registers
BARS Training Australia - The Public Safety Professionals

The Liquor Act 1992 requires a licensee to keep a register (a training register) containing information prescribed under regulation.  At present, this requirement referred to in Section 142AI of the Liquor Act 1992 only relates to premises in the Brisbane City Council area. However, it will become a state-wide requirement commencing the 1st July 2008 as reported by the Liquor Licensing Division in recent information released.

The Liquor Regulations 2002 requires that the training register must contain information about the expiry date of each current training course certificate issued to staff (including crowd controllers) along with a copy of those certificates.

Records also must be kept of any training sessions conducted by premises along with records that all staff (including crowd controllers) have read the house policy document.

BARS Training Australia has designed and successfully trialled this training register package.  The register itself is a bound document with page numbers that is unique to your premises that complies with the requires of the Liquor Act 1992.  The unit draws allows for the storage of RSA certificates, copies of crowd controllers licenses, House Policy documents and Induction Policies on the premises that can be easily produced to law enforcement agencies as required.

The cost of the Training Register including the 5 draw cabinet is $66 (including GST).
